Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Programme Operation

Dental Care At Home refers individuals to OutsideClinic for an eye or hearing test.
Both NHS and private services are available.
Referrals must be booked and completed using the designated link provided by the referring partner.
OutsideClinic will conduct quarterly audits to assess which referrals result in a completed eye or hearing test.

2. Definition of a Successful Referral

A referral is deemed successful once the referred customer has completed their eye or hearing test. If the appointment is cancelled or does not take place, the referral is considered unsuccessful.

3. Incentives

OutsideClinic will pay £100 to Dental Care At Home for each purchase of private hearing aids made by a referred individual.
No incentive will be paid for referrals that result in an NHS eye or hearing test.

4. Privacy Protections

OutsideClinic is committed to safeguarding personal information collected during the course of this programme. All data will be processed in accordance with OutsideClinic’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via the [OutsideClinic Customer Privacy Policy link].

5. Programme Continuity and Modifications

This referral programme is ongoing but may be modified, suspended, or terminated at OutsideClinic’s discretion. Participants will be notified of any substantive changes to the programme’s terms or its termination.

6. Referral Cap

7. Conduct Guidelines

Participants must not promote this programme in a manner that could be considered spam. All promotional activities must comply with relevant laws and regulations governing privacy and electronic communications.

8. Programme Integrity

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this programme will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
Both parties commit to making best efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Either party reserves the right to terminate the partnership if necessary.
